Tea Cleanse is committed to provide you with the best quality tea, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased via our website, it can be returned to us for an exchange or refund. Providing that you contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods, and return them to us within 10 days.
=> Unless goods are faulty, we can only offer a refund for products, including the original postage paid, that have not been opened. You must return any products purchased in saleable condition with all the original packaging intact, undamaged and unopened. Once we have received the products back we will refund the price of the products or replace them. We cannot refund return postage costs.
=> If goods are faulty, or if you received a product that you did not order, we will provide you with either a full refund or replacement.
=> We cannot offer a refund if you ordered incorrectly through our website.
=> We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing Services or delivering Goods which is out of our control such as an act of God or those of third parties.
> Returns outside the time-frame of 10 days, see above, may only be accepted at the sole discretion of Tea Cleanse.
If you are owed a refund, we will process it and refund the money due onto the debit/credit card on which the original order was made. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or the return of the products. If for whatever reason we are unable to credit your debit/credit card, we will contact you to arrange another payment method.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to have all orders sent out within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). If your order is placed before 12 Noon, we will try our very best to send it out to you on the same day. You’re your parcel is dispatched, most are received within 2-3 working days.
All orders are shipped by Royal. If you do not see your country below, please contact us for your delivery options.

If you want your parcel delivered safely, we recommend you choose to send it First Class- Signed For. All International deliveries are automatically signed for.
